Bentonville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country — home to Walmart’s global headquarters, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and what has become widely recognized as the mountain biking capital of the world. Lumen Luxury Lofts is positioned at the center of that growth, situated on South Walton Boulevard adjacent to Walmart’s original campus in the heart of downtown.

The 252-unit, 281,000-square-foot development occupies 6.5 acres and was designed to offer a resort-caliber residential experience in an urban setting. A two-story cast-in-place concrete parking structure anchors the site, while a resort-style pool and landscaped interior courtyard create a sheltered amenity core at the heart of the complex. Ground-floor retail and commercial space activates the street edge along Walton Boulevard. Additional amenities include dedicated pet facilities and bicycle infrastructure — a deliberate nod to Bentonville’s identity as a world-class cycling destination. The project was developed by Burrwood Living of California and has been recognized as Multifamily Development of the Year for the Fayetteville–Northwest Arkansas region.
